Hi, I’m Dave Biggs with your MetroQuest Minute: the fastest way to stay on top of online community engagement!

As you know, diversity and equity are critical to great engagement, but it can be difficult to reach certain groups.

Here’s the good news!

Ever since the pandemic began, community groups have been organizing themselves to stay connected online.

They’re a great resource for even the most hard-to-reach audiences.

Whether it’s the Hispanic audience, lower income groups, single parents, you’ll find community groups out there for all of them, with leaders they trust!

Just ask them to add your call-to-action to their next Zoom meeting or email.

They’ll often be very happy to help you engage their audience and they’ll also help you craft a call-to-action that really resonates with the community that they know so well.

Until next time, we wish you great engagement!
