    Very well presented Dave. I believe I finally got the attention of some of my key colleagues at the senior management table who could benefit from such a tool. I will be in touch next week to get more info on pricing. One question on language: How do we ensure biligualism of the tool? As a French municipality which offers services in both official languages, we need to ensure residents have access to either French or English. How do we deal with this aspect?

      Hello Luc, many thanks for the kind words and feedback. Because we are focused on engaging the broadest demographic, MetroQuest has multi-language capability build in. In your case participants will have an option to select the language of their preference on the front page. You can also provide separate links to the English and French sites if you decide to put buttons or links on any other website to allow people to go directly to the language of preference.
