Stephanie Castellanos is the Public Engagement Coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s District 3 which covers 13 counties in Central Minnesota. Her work in public engagement focuses on transportation studies and projects within Central Minnesota to garner crucial public input prior to scoping a project or completing a study. Her main goal is to ensure the public's opinion is included in the district's planning process and considered when determining proposed transportation solutions.
