Join us as we uncover the strategies behind some of this summer’s most successful public engagement projects!

What’s working in the new normal? As agencies and firms turn to online tools to capture public opinion safely and effectively on a wider scale, some have achieved outstanding community engagement results. In this webinar, Nicole Riddle from South Carolina DOT, Amy Livingston from CDM Smith, and Liz McHardy from LURA Consulting share the tactics behind how they created some of this summer’s most effective public engagement campaigns.

From creating an online experience that is both compelling and relevant, to promotional strategies that capture attention during difficult times, and creative methods for transforming public opinion data from 1000s of participants into compelling reports for decision makers and stakeholders, our interview-style webinar will highlight these case studies and show us how to deliver exceptional results.

With a global pandemic, widespread protests and the distractions of summer, it has been a challenging time to engage the public and gather informed input. Keeping up momentum on public projects has been the most widely-debated topic of the last few months. Join us as our expert speakers share their stories of successful community engagement, providing us with the tools and strategies to succeed through the pandemic and beyond.

In this webinar, we will explore:

How successful online engagement begins with thoughtful set-up

Best practices for promoting online public engagement to capture attention

How to analyze your results to make compelling reports for decision makers

Effective methods of reaching traditionally underrepresented communities

Vivid case studies of effective online public engagement during COVID-19
