I recently gave my presentation on “Going Viral – 8 Best Practices in Online Engagement” at TransComm 2015, the annual meeting for the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials’ (AASHTO’s) Subcommittee on Transportation Communications. We had a great time in Annapolis speaking with transportation professionals and public communications experts.
